Meditate! By taking a short period of time out of the day and meditating, you will find yourself less stressed, more grounded, able to multitask and focus. Creative solutions will come to you easily - often you will sove problems that have stumped you for years! It always seems like we never take the time to exercise, relax - or meditate - but once you start doing it and see the effects, you won't want to stop. Don't know how to meditate? I suggest two fantastic CDs:

Meditate! by Pamela Miles and Steve Gorn
Reiki Meditations for Self Healing by Bronwen Stiene

You can find both on Amazon and read my review of them there as well.

Cheers!

I can relate to what you are talking about :) I have a project in the works to finally write a book about my experiences with the Divine. I bought a small netbook computer that fits in my purse. I have catagorized each file to suit my personal needs.

At times when I am getting far too much information, I ask that the volume be turned down. I also ask my angels to monitor what messages come through, they are wonderful secretaries. It works for me!

Another project that I have taken on is called " WALK WITH ME", a walking club for all levels. When I first offered the program, we were meeting at a park about 5 miles away from home.

After 6 weeks, the attendance record began to drop. I must admit, I was tempted to "walk away" from the project. Instead of giving up, I found a resolution.

I changed the location to my home neighborhood, problem solved. The attendance last week was up with 1 new participant.

I'm also in the process to become a hospice volunteer, there's a training manual that I am working on. My volunteer coordinator stays in touch through e-mail, which helps me stay focused. I take time to visualize being at the facility doing my healing work, so I feel I'm already there.

I find time to read before I see clients during the day, it helps to calm me.
There is a book at the Avondale library called, " Write it Right" that has helped me with my projects. In the book, there is a section where the author shows you how to make time for writing. I apply this to everyday life as well.

So in closing, here are a few ways I am able to juggle; homelife, my healing practice, personal health and wellness, volunteering, and writing.

* Ask for assistance
* Find alternative ways to resolve isses before you give up on a project
* Visualize what you want to accomplish
* Turn that phone off and make a date with your family , pets , or yourself
* Never sign up for more than you can handle
